To see the fog of war effect in action you need to use the material that comes with the plugin. First make sure you have Engine and Plugin Content visible from Content Browser.
These two must be enabled to access plugin content.
Once those two settings are enabled, the contents from this plugin can be accessed from
Engine -> Plugins -> Agora Fog Of War Content folder.
